What to include
For payment or license issues, include your purchase email, license key when relevant, order reference if available, browser name, and whether you were cleaning a single image or a batch.
For cleanup quality issues, describe the image size, file type, and whether the visible Gemini corner mark was in the bottom-right corner. Avoid sending private image files unless support asks for a sample you have permission to share.
Response time
Most support requests receive a reply within 1-2 business days. Payment, license access, and privacy requests are prioritized.
Before contacting support
Try the latest version of Chrome, Safari, or Edge, and test one image before starting a large batch. Browser memory limits can affect very large files or long batch queues.
