Simple refund handling for the lifetime deal.

The free cleaner exists so users can test output quality before upgrading. Refunds are focused on access problems and material product issues.

Refund window

Refund requests can be reviewed within 7 days of purchase when Pro access does not work as described, the license cannot be activated, or a technical issue prevents reasonable use of the paid features.

Before requesting

Test the free single-image cleaner before buying. Results may vary on complex backgrounds, unusual crops, low-resolution exports, heavy compression, or images that do not contain a supported visible Gemini corner mark.

Refunds are not guaranteed for buyer remorse after heavy use, misuse on unsupported assets, attempts to remove third-party or rights-managed marks, or expectations around unreleased coming soon features.

Lifetime access

The lifetime deal covers the GenClean Pro web workspace for visible Gemini mark cleanup, batch processing, ZIP export, and ad-free use as described at purchase. Roadmap items such as a desktop app or video cleanup are not guaranteed refund grounds until they are officially included in the paid product.

How to request

Send the purchase email, license key, order reference when available, browser name, and a short description through the contact page or email support@genclean.site.

What happens after refund

If a refund is issued, the related Pro entitlement may be disabled. Processing times depend on the payment provider and card network.
