Plain terms for a simple tool.

The service

GenClean provides image utilities - conversion, resizing, compression, cropping, rotation, metadata removal, and PDF-to-image rendering - that execute locally in your web browser. Because processing happens on your device, results depend on your browser and hardware. The free tier includes unlimited single-file use of every tool and is supported by advertising.

Acceptable use

• Only process files you own, created, or have permission to edit.
• Don't use the tools to infringe copyright, remove rights-management information you have no right to remove, or violate any law.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or circumvent Pro licensing.

You are responsible for the files you process and what you do with the results. Since files never reach our servers, we have no ability to review content - and no responsibility for it.

GenClean Pro

• Pro is a one-time purchase granting a personal, lifetime license to Pro features (batch processing, ZIP export, ad-free use, larger limits, and future Pro tools).
• The license is for you - use it on your own browsers and devices, but don't share or resell license keys.
• Restore Pro on a new browser with your purchase email and license key.
• "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, and we intend that to be long - see the refund policy for the 14-day guarantee.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make the tools accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (for free users, zero).
