When to use it

Before you share a photo, see what it's sharing about you. This viewer parses your file's metadata on your device - GPS coordinates, camera and phone details, capture times, software tags, and the text chunks AI generators embed - and lays it out plainly. Nothing is uploaded, which is rather the point when inspecting sensitive data.

What can EXIF data reveal about me?

Commonly: the exact GPS location where a photo was taken, your camera or phone model, the capture date and time, and editing software. Individually harmless, together quite identifying.

Can this read AI generation prompts?

Yes - many AI image tools write the full prompt and settings into PNG text chunks. The report lists the chunk keywords it finds.

Is the report sent anywhere?

No. The file is parsed in your browser's memory and the report is rendered locally. This page works offline once loaded.

How do I remove what the viewer found?

Click 'Remove this metadata' under the report - the clean copy is produced right there, pixels untouched, ready to download. No re-uploading to another tool.
